Make sure that the Pickasso Verify role has “View Channel”, “Send Messages” and “Mention Roles” permissions in that channel.

Step 1

To access these settings, click the “Settings” icon next to the pickasso-join channel name.

Step 2

Go to the “Permissions” menu item -> “Advanced permissions” and click the “+” sign next to the “ROLES/MEMBERS” option. In the dropdown menu, select the “Pickasso Verify” role.

  1. Select the “Pickasso Verify” role and make sure that the “View Channel”, “Send Messages” and “Mention @everyone, @here and All Roles” options have a checkmark next to them. Once done, click the “Save Changes” button.
